Hur fungerar incheckning / How does check-in work?

Incheckningen är digital och hotellet har ingen fysisk reception. Före ankomst får du ett Boarding Pass där du registrerar ditt ID och godkänner husreglerna. När detta är klart får du instruktioner för självständig incheckning.

Check-in is fully digital and the hotel does not have a physical reception. Before arrival you receive a Boarding Pass where you register your ID and approve the house rules. After that you receive instructions for self check-in.

Vilka tider gäller för incheckning / What are the check-in hours?

Ordinarie incheckning är mellan kl. 15.00 och 21.00. Senare incheckning kan köpas till under “Uppgraderingar” i Boarding Passet. Efter kl. 21.00 tillkommer en jouravgift på 105 kr per timme.

Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00. Late check-in can be purchased under “Upgrades” in the Boarding Pass. After 21:00 an on-call fee of SEK 105 per hour applies.

Ingår frukost / Is breakfast included?

Ja, frukost ingår alltid. Du väljer frukost i Boarding Passet och vi ställer in den direkt i ditt boende.

Yes, breakfast is always included. You select your breakfast in the Boarding Pass and we place it in your accommodation before arrival.

Hur fungerar frukosten / How does the breakfast work?

Frukosten serveras i ditt eget boende istället för i en frukostmatsal. Du kan därför äta när du vill, utan tider att passa.

Breakfast is served directly in your accommodation instead of a traditional breakfast room. This means you can enjoy breakfast whenever you like.

Finns snacks eller mat i boendet / Is there food available?

De flesta av våra boenden har en Minishop i boendet där du kan köpa frysta pizzor, snacks och drycker. Detta gäller dock inte Tiny Corner.

Most accommodations offer an in-room Minishop with frozen pizzas, snacks and drinks. This does not apply to Tiny Corner.

Kan man avboka / Can I cancel my booking?

Bokningen kan avbokas kostnadsfritt fram till kl. 15.00 dagen innan ankomst.

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge until 15:00 the day before arrival.

Får man ta med husdjur / Can I bring pets?

Ja. Hundar och katter är välkomna i alla våra boenden. Ett husdjurstillägg betalas i Boarding Passet före ankomst.

Yes. Dogs and cats are welcome in all accommodations. A pet fee is paid in the Boarding Pass before arrival.
